Purchases
Purchases made through the Site are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Each product's page states its price, what is delivered, and any refund terms that apply to it. Digital products are licensed, not sold; license terms accompany each product.

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Products and apps
Software products published by Forgehaven Labs LLC, including iPhone apps, AI tools, and other digital products, are governed by their own terms and license agreements. These Site Terms do not govern use of those products.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
