Verified Receipts Index · as of 2026-07-05
The honest ledger. Mostly zeros, on purpose.
Every product line Forgehaven Labs has built, its current status, the kill gate it was measured against, and the real money it has earned from strangers. Almost all of it reads $0. We show the $0, because a number nobody can dispute is worth more than a story anybody can.
Drawn from a dated internal audit · every gate is pre-registered · the data file is public: receipts.json
Why publish this
A $0-heavy ledger, shown truthfully, is the whole differentiator.
An analysis of 937 Stripe-verified indie products found that 54% make exactly $0, and only 5% ever clear $100K a year. A ledger full of zeros is not the exception. It is the base rate that highlight reels and course sales pages are built to hide.
So this page does the unusual thing and leaves the zeros in. Every line below shipped, parked, or died against a number that was written down before the work started. You are not reading a pitch. You are reading the scoreboard, including the innings we lost. When a figure here becomes something other than $0, it will be because a real customer paid a real invoice, and this table will say so on that day.
The ledger
Every line, every gate, every dollar.
Status colors read at a glance: green is shipping or live, amber is parked behind a written trigger, and red is killed or harvested. Revenue is external money only, after platform fees. Simulated and paper results never enter the revenue column; where one exists it is labeled as such.
| Line | Status | Revenue to date | Pre-registered kill gate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Driftwink iPhone app · AI bedtime stories |
Ship (flagship) | $0 In App Store review |
Day-60/90 verdict on App Store Connect metrics: under ~$100 proceeds or fewer than 10 payers with flat impressions after two listing iterations, park or kill. That verdict cascades to the gated apps built on the same thesis. |
| Fjell Market Print-on-demand · Etsy shop |
Ship, then measure | $0 0 sales, 0 reviews, 15 lifetime visits at audit |
Roughly 15 organic sales per month, trending up, by mid-September. Two marketplace policy flags is an automatic kill. Below the band on the verdict date: freeze. |
| Ship-It Kit + RepoRadar Developer products · one-time |
Ship, then measure (capped) | $0 Storefront rail not yet live |
Under $200 or fewer than 5 units by day 30 after launch: open-source it and stop. The experiment is hard-capped up front. |
| Overnight Audit Productized service · async |
Push (products) | $0 Storefront rail not yet live |
Fewer than 2 sales in 60 days of weekly public posting: kill. |
| The Autopsy Content series + $29 kit |
Push (distribution) | $0 Series pre-launch |
Scored as distribution, not revenue. Two posts that produce zero funnel clicks: drop to quarterly. |
| YouTube channel Content channel · owner-voiced |
Conditional go | $0 Pre-launch; video 1 built |
Gate A at video 10 (retention and click-through floors, one breakout over 1,000 views). Gate B at month 4 (subscribers plus tracked clicks). Gate C at month 6. Owner time over 3 hrs/week in any month is a standing kill. |
| MileJar iPhone app · mileage tracking |
Gated ship | $0 In development |
Ships only after Driftwink's day-60 canary reads and a real-device drive-test week. Gated behind the flagship on purpose. |
| HearthJar iPhone app · home inventory |
Park 60d | $0 In development |
Parked behind the Driftwink canary. The best comparable took 21 full-time months to reach $1k/mo, so a zero-surface launch now would only measure the flagship's thesis twice. |
| Snoutkin iPhone app · pet health |
Park | $0 In development |
Parked behind the canary; re-entry needs vet-review quotes at or under $750. The lead competitor is free and vet-reviewed. |
| WorthJar iPhone app · resale pricing |
Park | $0 Blocked on data-source approval |
Trigger is the eBay Marketplace Insights approval. Denial or 60 days of silence is a kill. |
| GrantSignal SaaS · grant matching |
Park | $0 Demand unproven |
Re-entry needs 3 or more consultant prepay commitments at $99+/mo from a 25-contact demand test. A rename is likely. Priced into a dead zone otherwise. |
| Cairo-KB Knowledge base · defense / DIB |
Park (partner deadline) | $0 No pipeline; 18 to 36 month sales cycle |
The partner delivers a signed channel agreement and one named, scheduled meeting by 2026-09-30, or the line exits via the acquisition pack. Zero new build hours until then. |
| Video Factory Faceless video pipeline |
Park (frozen) | $0 1,153 renders built, 0 published |
Frozen. Re-entry requires the flagship live plus a written weekly-loop commitment. Park converts to kill on 2027-01-01. Roughly 3% of faceless channels ever monetize. |
| SpamBuffer iPhone app · call screening |
Kill by default 2026-09-01 | $0 Category closing |
iOS 26 native call screening ends the thesis. Kills by default on 2026-09-01 unless a one-weekend device-validation and ship genuinely happens first. |
| DinerJar iPhone app · dining log |
Kill | $0 Revenue compiled off by design |
Killed. Revenue was compiled off by an internal design decision and the category's willingness to pay is near zero. Code kept, domain registered as an asset only. |
| TitleSentinel Service · title-fraud alerts |
Kill / harvest | $0 Regulator warns buyers off the category |
Killed and harvested. The FTC actively warns consumers off this category and both launch counties alert for free and faster. The adapter framework is salvaged for future data products. |
| Trading Desk Automated trading system |
Killed 2026-07-01 | $0 Simulated result: -$7,758 across 29 paper trades |
The pre-registered go-live scorecard read 6 of 6 FAIL against a six-week paper P&L of minus $7,758. The system had 626 passing tests. The gate was the only document in the repo that told the truth about the business. Killed the same week; jobs unloaded; post-mortem written. |
This table is rendered from receipts.json, a single public data file. When a real number arrives, one line in that file changes, and this page changes with it. Nothing here is hand-typed prose that can quietly drift from the truth.
What this page is not
Scope, stated plainly.
This is public-facing revenue and public-facing status, nothing more. It carries no customer data, no internal infrastructure, no credentials, and no details of unshipped product internals. A line reading "in development" tells you a gate exists and where the money stands, not how the thing is built. The verification we invite is on the revenue column: those are the numbers we are on the record for.
The discipline that produced these gates is written up as The Forgehaven Kill-Gate Method. If a $0 line later becomes a real number, or a gate fires and a line moves to killed, the change lands here first.
